Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy




If you believe you have a valid reason to return your item contact must be made withing 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If determines that your item is eligible for return the process must  begin within 48 hours of receipt of purchase with a dated email explaining the cause.

Some items cannot be returned. These include jewelry, handbags, scarves and all other accessories.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If you provide the wrong address or move or are not there to pick up the package and it is lost subsequently - will not reimburse your shipping or order costs.
