This 1960s top handle bag is so much fun! Frame style bag with white wicker body and a pearlized white frame and top handles and brass screws. The front features a collage of real 3D seashells on a piece of cream and tan macrame, that gives the texture of sand. The seashells are embellished with rhinestones throughout, some small gold seahorses and a plastic yellow sea fan. The seashells are protected with a piece of clear plastic and trimmed in gold. Top twist lock closure. Bright pink and white vinyl interior with multiple compartments. Four brass feet on bottom for protection. Very good vintage condition - a small puncture in the plastic over the shells. Not serious enough to have an impact on the nostalgic chic charm of the bag. Made in Hong Kong. 13" x 10" x 3.5".
