1950 Christian Dior London Demi Couture black satin cocktail dress with sash style waist tie. High oval neckline and softly balloon 7/8 length sleeve. Fitted waistline complimented by the iconic Dior sash with 2.5" fringed trim. Slight gather at the waist with a straight skirt. Interior zippered lining with additional hook and snap closure up the back. No signs of alteration or wear. Original metal trimmed Dior London tag intact along the interior skirt lining. Lined in black silk. Dry cleaned and in excellent vintage condition. A rare find. Size tag is UK 16. Fits like a US 4-6.Serial number on label.
