Christian Dior London 1950's Demi Couture black apron front dinner dress with original Dior tag still intact indicating that this dress was never worn. Black light-weight diagonal weave wool (possible cotton mix) 3/4 sleeve, open oval neckline, fitted bodice. Waist is slightly gathered then the underskirt falls in a straight, narrow fit with two luxurious panels wrapped from back and front in an apron like effect. Lined in silk, metal zipper up the back. In excellent unworn condition, size 14 UK, fits more like a US 4-6. Serial number 26171.
