1960's cocktail dress rendered in a bright peach silk crepe with lavish beaded embellishment on cuffs and hem. The streamlined inner shift  features a boat neckline. The open back is framed with peach, yellow, and grey beadwork and a sculptural bow detail on the upper back neckline, balancing the otherwise minimal front with an unexpected and theatrical rear view. The clean silhouette allows the ornate hand embellishment and architectural open-back construction to remain the focal point. Fully lined and with minimal piling throughout. Good vintage condition.
