1960's Sarmi black chiffon demi couture cocktail dress with off white satin sash. Deep V neckline with slightly elevated waistline and full layered chiffon swing skirt over a narrow inner black lining. All of Sarmi's labelled pieces have couture level workmanship with hand finishing.
