1980's Bill Blass evening/cocktail dress in deep emerald velvet with sparkling rhinestone button accents along the shoulder and bodice. The silhouette features softly gathered detailing at the waist and is defined by a matching velvet belt with a rhinestone buckle, balancing the strong square padded shoulders with a more fluid, elongated shape through the body. The paneled skirt falls with soft movement. The sleeves are finished with 4" zippered cuffs, allowing them to be worn closed or partially unzipped to create a subtle slit for ease of movement.
