YSL/Yves Saint Laurent black wool gabardine skirt suit from the 1980s. Wide lapel has a small notch and the jacket has gold disc buttons down the front and a hidden flat hook at the waist. Fitted at the natural waist and finished with a slight peplum and square pockets on the front hips. Banded skirt with zipper and hook closure. In excellent condition. Marked FR 38. Fits like a US size 4.

Yves Saint Laurent

Fashion phenome who replaced the venerated Christian Dior when he passed in 1957.
